About Us

"The Mother Superior of the Congregation of Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd of Angers at Hong Kong", commonly known as the Sisters of the Good Shepherd, belongs to a Catholic international congregation of religious women dedicated to promoting the welfare of women and girls. Our Mother House is in Angers, France.

Our large Good Shepherd family, present in 17 countries, shares a mission of love-in-action – our lay associates, co-workers, volunteers, benefactors, and past pupils.

Sisters of the Good Shepherd established the Marycove Centre and Marycove School in 1968, along with Our Lady's Hostel in 1974 and Choi Wan Hostel in 1979, reflecting our deep and ongoing commitment to the Hong Kong community.

Our services are rooted in respect for human dignity and love for each girl in care. To see how your support can create change, visit
